There are many kinds of weight-reducing yoga, if you are very interested in but not know to weight-reducing yoga where to set about beginning to study, then, it is small now to arrange and provide some classical yoga movements for everybody! Just you do these movements for 20 minutes every day slowly when beginning, the discovery that you will be surprised quickly, what your stature changes slowly is more well-balanced! ! !

step 1. Both legs come together and stand naturally, the back is straight and upright;
step 2. Both arms are extended upwards slowly, the arm presses close to ears, forefinger and middle finger are stretched and come together and collided, other fingers cross together;
step 3. The body is bent to the left side slightly.
