It is swelling that most of patients of diabetes fatty liver present liver. The surface of liver of palpation is smooth, the texture is relatively soft. It is the fatty infiltration to check the liver in pathology, there is edema outside cells, there is glycogen of liver that is piled up in cells, slice and can be seen the vacuole and take shape, as the fatty liver characteristic.
