The meaning of yoga is " Combine " ," balanced " ," unify " ,Combine to peak with human body, combine life with nature to the perfect realm. Its, perceptual, but also want the going for practice " it " of reason ,Yoga is the sports letting us set an example by personally taking part.


Yoga is a kind of help we coordinate the effectual traditional science of body and spirit. It still can be used for preventing and treating various diseases with relevant body and mind.

The biggest characteristic of yoga is its rigorous practicality, scientific and logical. Practising yoga, men and women, old and young can all practise, it does not have a special requirement to the human body, the characteristic of fitness, is mainly shown in the following several aspects to preventing disease:

First, can dispel worried, calm mental state.

Second, can keep the posture steady.

Third, can purify the blood, purify the human body, regulate the weight of people, effective elimination fat, and can increase in crossing the thin person! Add the weight, can keep the diet balanced.
